In most industrial installations, especially in all those belonging to the chemical sector or handling highly corrosive / toxic products, there are gases that must be extracted through a fan and the necessary accessories.

According to the origin and the characteristics of the gas, our technical department determines the number of necessary renovations, calculates the flow, pipe diameter, pressure drop of the circuit and, finally, they select the characteristics of the proper fan.

The design of the installation and the calculation of the necessary flow rate can differ if the collection is from localized aspiration points (process reactors, rust removal covers and galvanic treatments) or if it’s by determined according to environmental renovations in working areas with high presence of harmful products, both solid and gaseous (general industrial processes).

In these environmental renovations, the aspiration pipes are usually provided with individual grids, with adjustable section, which allow the distribution and optimization of the total aspirated flow rate, when there are areas with higher environmental requirements.

According to the characteristics of the gases to be aspirated, the pipes, accessories and regulation valves are made of non corrosive plastics such as PP, PE, PEHD, PP’s, GRP, PVC, PVDF, etc.
