From ECOTEC we are pleased to share with you our latest case study regarding the successful delivery of a biofilter system with the capacity to treat 100,000 m3/h in a composting plant in Galicia, Spain.
The installation consists of two key towers:
In addition, we supply a complete sulfuric dosing system, including pump and tank. As for the biofilter itself, we provide the necessary filler for its operation.
To ensure optimum performance, we supply two powerful fans of 50,000 m3/h each. These fans work together to overcome the head losses in the entire odor and collector treatment system.
This is a very complete system with the main function of removing the large load of odors, ammonia (NH3), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), and VOCs generated in the plant, with the data detailed below:
