New dBiox® bioscrubber at Murcia fruit processing plant
ECOTEC is currently assembling and commissioning a new dBiox® bioscrubber unit for biological desulfurization in a fruit processing plant.
The system consists of a reactor, a settler, a scrubber, and a control booth, with the purpose of removing H2S content coming from anaerobic digesters.
In the same plant, ECOTEC already installed a first dBiox® bioscrubber for biogas desulfurization in 2017, operating with optimal performance to this day.
When the second biogas biological desulfurization facility is completed, ECOTEC will have actively participated on biogas upgrading process of the plant, with consequent environmental benefits and operational cost savings.
