ECOTEC has successfully supplied 1,178 m³ of tubSed® TS.50 lamellar modules certified by WRAS for drinking water, as part of a major intervention at the Santo Domingo Norte Water Treatment Plant.
The lamella package was installed in 6 sedimentation tanks, each measuring 5 x 40 meters, including support and anti-flotation systems, optimizing performance and water treatment quality in one of the country’s most important infrastructures.
This project is part of a large-scale initiative aimed at improving the drinking water supply in the municipalities of Santo Domingo Este (SDE) and Santo Domingo Norte (SDN), directly benefiting more than 850,000 inhabitants.
With this delivery, ECOTEC reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development and innovation in water treatment solutions, contributing to community well-being and strengthening water infrastructure in the Dominican Republic.
